The Hum X filters out unwanted voltage on the ground line that can cause ground loop hum. Simply place the Hum X on the end of the power cord of th eequipment that has a Ground Loop and plug the Hum X into the wall outlet. Ground Loop is gone and audio signal reamins intact. Hum Eliminator Family of Products

All four of the Hum Eliminator products use custom Isolation Transformers to break loop antenna that causes ground hum and buzz. The Hum Eliminator also convers back and forth between balanced and unbalanced connections and prevents the cable from acting as an antenna for noise. Simply place a channel of the Hum Eliminator on the cable connections between the two offending pieces of equipment. Will not affect the qualiy of audio. it will improve it.

Line Level Shifter Family of Products

The Line Level Shifter’s primary function is to increase or decrease signal voltage back and forth between -10dBV and +4dBu (depending on which way you route through it). The Line Level Shifter also breaks loop antenna that causes ground hum and buzz as well as converting back and forth between balanced and unbalanced connections AND preventing the cable from acting as an antenna for noise. Simply place a channel of the Line Level Shifter on the cable connections between the two mismatched pieces of equipment. Will not affect the quality of the audio, it will improve it.
